Absolutley!  Furry friends have to go everyday, so we offer our services all year long.  Winter is no exception, we will still be there to clean it up.  Some services may encounter a delay during rough days or road conditions, but we will adjust the schedule as necessary to provide the expected service.

Safety of property, family, and their furry friends is a top priority for us at Poody Doo!  We clean all of our equipment with kennel grade disinfectant and change boot coverings between each yard to ensure diseases do not spread from yard to yard. After each service visit, we take gate photos to give you peace of mind and put you at ease knowing your pets won’t get out.  All employees are background checked prior to hiring.

Poody Doo has plans that start as low as $16 a week with the introductory coupon, but generally our monthly pricing is influenced by the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs.  Most of our clients end up paying anywhere between $22.85 for weekly services and 36.53 for bi-weekly services.  All services are pre-paid and billed monthly.

Our residential services do not require a contract.  You may call Poody Doo at anytime with billing questions or use our customer portal to start, pause, or stop your subscription at any time.  Commercial clients are required to have a contract in place to receive manager approved discounts.

As a premium pet waste management service provider, environmental safety and disposal are a top concern for us so we take great lengths to ensure waste is handled properly.  Therefore we will respondsibly remove the waste and take it to a waste managment company.

Absolutely, we love dogs!  Dog lovins and kisses are what we signed up for!  But for those dogs who are rightfully protective of their yard and could show some signs of aggression, we will ask that they be left inside on the day we arrive to ensure safety of our staff. We want every service to be exceptional for both our staff and your pet.  If we determine that a dog needs to be left inside during our service, we will ask you to politely take them inside, or you will be removed from our route.

In larger cities, customers may have thier choice of service days.  But in rural areas, not every cleanup day will be available.  But we love our customers and if possible we will try to offer an option to best fit your schedule.

As a premium service, yes we do.  Our routes are created nightly and we will notify you the day before your scheduled service.  Then on the day of your service, we will let you know when we are an hour out.  On most occasions, your presence is not needed during cleanup, and we will text you with a gate photo when finished!
